Veggie Pizza


Gluten Free Pizza Crust


  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) Marinara Sauce

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • Other veggies of choice

  • chopped tempeh (optional)

  • daiya cheese shreds.

  • 2 C (500 ml) mixed greens, spinach or arugula


  1. Make the pizza crust using recipe

  2. Top crust with Marinara Sauce, veggies, tempeh, bell peppers and Daiya shreds.

  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust starts to brown.

  4. Top with spinach or arugula cut into 6 slices, and serve.


  1. you can use crumbled tofu in replace of tempeh

  2. sprinkle with nutritional yeast for extra flavour.
