Gluten Free Pizza Crust


  • 1 C (250 ml) tapioca flour

  • 1/3 C (80 ml) coconut flour

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Sea Salt (Grinder)

  • 1/2 C (125 ml) olive oil

  • 1/2 C (125 ml) warm water

  • 1 egg, whisked


  1. Combine the dry ingredients for the crust in a medium bowl.

  2. Whisk the olive oil, water, and egg together. Mix with dry ingredients to form a dough.

  3. On a Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll, press dough out into desired shape and thickness.
