1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons creamy organic peanut butter or almond butter
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
Stir yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until no lumps remain.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Makes 1 cup. 1 serving is 1/4 cup.
