Chicken Pizza


Gluten Free Pizza Crust


  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) Marinara Sauce

  • 3 C (750 ml) cooked and cubed chicken

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • 2 C (500 ml) mixed greens, spinach or arugula


  1. Make the pizza crust using recipe

  2. Top crust with Marinara Sauce, chicken, and bell peppers.

  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust starts to brown.

  4. Top with spinach or arugula cut into 6 slices, and serve.


  1. you can use any meat here. Sliced grass fed beef or shrimp.

  2. You can make it vegan by topping it with tempeh, hemp seeds and nutritional yeast.
