1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey, or ground soy
1 tbsp tamari sauce low sodium
8 lettuce leaves (,Radicchio, butterhead lettuce or romaine lettuce)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
garlic and ginger to taste
You can add vegetables like peppers or carrots.
cilantro chopped (optional)
Cook ground meat in a non stick pan.
Add season and tamari sauce.
Serve in 2 lettuce leaves. (one serving would be about 3-4 oz)
top with sesame seeds and cilantro (optional)
