1 apple, sliced crosswise into 8 slices ( ¼ inch thick), seeds removed
4 tablespoons almond butter
4 tablespoons mini Enjoy Life chocolate chips
3 tsp roasted pistachios
2 teaspoons honey
4 Servings (2 slices)
Spread each apple slice with 1/2 tbsp almond butter. Top with 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips, ½ teaspoon pistachios and 1/4 teaspoon honey.
You can make this as you go for a sweet bite.
