Step #3: Eating for the Holidays
Now is your time! I know what it is like to gather all this information and say to yourself “I am going to change this time!”. But gathering a ton of information can be overwhelming and almost impossible to implement.
As a trainer always taking courses and certifications, I have done this numerous times. Take a course and then file the book and hang the cert but no idea how to implement it so it make sense.
Now what I do is get coaches that give information but also teach me how to implement. I do this professionally and personally now.
It’s the only way to go. Support, accountability and the right system so we can all create change that sticks. As we age it gets harder to change. So information just won't cut it now. We need the tools to help us take action, change and sustain.
