There are so many different nutritional systems, so many different experts claiming that their approach is the best, and the result is that many of us simply aren’t clear about what or how to eat, especially when it comes to having the kind of energy, mood, and digestive power that we know we’re capable of having.
This approach helps you discover what foods are your high energy foods. I want my clients to enjoy the foods they love as well without guilt and shame but also without cravings and binging. Diets only support the opposite of what you want. Yes you will drop weight fast but you only gain it back.
Your results are ones you want to maintain not a game you play. Your body is resilient but one day, like what happened to me, it will have enough. If you treat your body with respect it will give you exactly what you need!

Let’s think about it, you only exercise for an hour and even if you did it every day, it still isn't going to get you the results you need.
I help clients figure out how to love intentional exercise and how to move more in their day. Together we put together a movement plan that is based on your lifestyle, goals and body type.
Creating consistency isn't just about doing it every day it is also about doing things you love so you want to do it every day. Eventually you will ditch it if it isn't creating pleasure. Drop the attitude no pain no gain and no days off. That is a sure way to keep you off the path of healthy living.
